ADHD teens are at a much higher risk of being suspended and even prosecuted for their conduct at school. When school discipline and criminal prosecution occur, public outcry and media coverage can converge like a perfect storm. Young women with ADHD are just as vulnerable as boys. Poor decision making can impact school, a criminal record and the ability to get accepted in college. This session addresses real world examples of cases and strategies that can work, or minimize exposure to adolescents with disabilities.

About Robert Tudisco, Esq.

Robert M. Tudisco, is a former prosecutor, criminal defense and education attorney at the law firm of Barger & Gaines in Irvington, NY.  He is also an adult diagnosed with ADHD.  Robert is a past Executive Director of the Edge Foundation, National Board Member of CHADD & ADDA.
