Parenting as a mom with ADHD is challenging, and almost always brings up feelings of guilt, anger, remorse, fear, and more. But society doesn’t allow us to express these feelings, for the most part. I’ll be talking about those secret thoughts and feelings as a first step to accepting, expressing, normalizing, embracing them and what you can do to move on, giving you permission to feel and heal!
