Cathy is a certified executive coach, specializing in ADHD, with advanced training from ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and leadership training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She draws from her experience living with ADHD and her 20 years experience in various leadership roles in corporate Canada to adapt traditional executive coaching to meet the specific needs of adults with ADHD. In addition to her coaching practice, she is a lead coach trainer and mentor at the ADD Coach Academy.
