In fact, Russell Barkley, PhD., has said that, “It is essential that emotion be part of the way we think of individuals with ADHD”. This program will introduce you to a simple yet powerful strategy for understanding and taking charge of your emotions of anger and irritability, reducing your stress levels and improving your relationships.
