$13.00

When conflict hits, are you protecting yourself — or building your relationship? This session explores the difference between survival thinking and transformational thinking in ADHD-impacted partnerships. Survival mode argues from fear, defensiveness, and blame. Transformational mode seeks growth, collaboration, and repair. We’ll unpack the brain-based patterns behind each response — including emotional flooding, rejection sensitivity, and threat perception — and teach practical tools for shifting out of reactivity. Couples will learn to recognize the moment their brain flips into protection mode and how to switch back into connection. Less “who’s right, ”more “what helps us grow.
