About William Dodson, M.D., LF-APA:
Dr. Bill Dodson is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who has specialized in adult ADHD since 1990. He has been on the faculties of Georgetown University and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center but has been in full time private practice specializing in adult ADHD for the last 20 years. His research and writing has been on how the basic science research on ADHD can be applied to daily practice.
In recognition of his clinical contributions to the field of ADHD he was named a Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association in 2012. He was the 2006 recipient of the national Maxwell J. Schleifer Award for Distinguished Service to Persons with Disabilities. He is in semi-retired consultative practice in Greenwood Village CO.
