$13.00

From science to solutions! Many people (not all) benefit from medical intervention for their ADHD diagnosis. But medication is not a “magic pill” This discussion is about how we can engage with our “own biology” to impact our day to day experiences and our performance. It’s about making connections, with our body cells, our body parts, with other people and our environment. We learn by making connections. We cover the most basic actions, from nutrition and hydration, sleep, exercise, breath work, the role of mindfulness, and more. The simple steps, most of them are “free” that support our “internal pharmacy”
