From science to solutions! Many people (not all) benefit from medical intervention for their ADHD diagnosis. But medication is not a “magic pill” This discussion is about how we can engage with our “own biology” to impact our day to day experiences and our performance. It’s about making connections, with our body cells, our body parts, with other people and our environment. We learn by making connections. We cover the most basic actions, from nutrition and hydration, sleep, exercise, breath work, the role of mindfulness, and more. The simple steps, most of them are “free” that support our “internal pharmacy”
About Monica Hassall, BN AGC:
Monica Hassall is an ADHD and EF Coach, from Australia. She has a Nursing Background and then her coaching journey started in 2012. Monica’s goal is to curate knowledge to work closely with her clients incorporating information and practices from a variety of sources, and then implementing them in creative and practical ways. These sources include the most current Neuroscience, Traditional philosophies, Mindfulness and Coaching Principles. She has been invited to speak about her insights into ADHD both Nationally and Internationally since 2018 , most recently at the International Conference on ADHD in 2024, and is regular podcast contributor, and has had her work published in both ADDitude and Attention Magazine.
