Liz Lewis is a forty-year-old ADHD advocate and community builder. I’m also a proud wife, and mother to an ADHD/Aspergers boy. My favorite legal, addictive stimulant is coffee. Other vices include grapefruit seltzer and dark chocolate. I couldn’t find the resources and support I wanted so I created my own. As I continue to learn from these women I’ve grown more confident in my abilities, and the community has grown with me. Now I provide educational resources and run a private membership.
