More than fifteen years after being diagnosed (in her 40’s) with learning and attention issues, Elaine Taylor-Klaus was still grappling with acceptance. By that time, she’d become a leading world expert guiding parents to support their kids with ADHD. And yet, she was secretly doubting her diagnosis, questioning her own decisions, and judging herself harshly. It turns out, even though she thought she’d fully accepted her ADHD, there was a parallel narrative in her head that was causing her to doubt herself. And then one day, she had an epiphany.
