He discusses the pros and cons between individual sports and team sports – both on competitive and recreational levels. Different characteristics associated with each sport are explored to provide a direct path to finding a better sport or type of exercise that is suited for an individual with ADHD.  You’ll have a better understanding of your challenges faced in the past and specific strategies to look for when engaging in sports or physical activity in the future.

Jeff Copper, MBA, PCC, PCAC, CPCC, ACG, is an attention coach and expert on attention issues.
