with Dr. Laura Markham & Mark Bertin, M.D.

$13.00

If only communication in families with ADHD was easy, right? If only ADHD didn’t exaggerate all the things that can challenge family communication, like hyper-sensitivity, over-reactivity, defensiveness, and the complications of stress. When parents are responsive, they can skillfully and calmly navigate ADHD, creating an environment of safety for their kids. As they learn to self-manage more skillfully, they can repair and enhance relationships when life gets stressful.

Tune in to hear Dr. Laura Markham and Dr. Mark Bertin share their insights on parenting and the challenges of ADHD in families. This calming conversation between leading voices on mindfulness and communication is full of wisdom and clear guidance.
