About Cynthia Hammer, MSW & Nikki Kinzer, PCC

Thirty years ago when Cynthia was diagnosed with ADHD she founded the non-profit organization ADD Resources where she served as Executive Director for 15 years.  She retired but this past year, being concerned that children with inattentive ADHD continue to be under-diagnosed, she founded and directs the non profit organization, the Inattentive ADHD Coalition.  It’s mission is that children with Inattentive ADHD are diagnosed by age 8 and adults with Inattentive ADHD are readily and correctly diagnosed when they seek help.  The website, www.iadhd.org, is the only website dedicated solely to inattentive ADHD.
