Gwendolyn comes to us with a very unique set of skills. Not only is she neuro-divergent herself, she is also the mother of 4 children, 3 of whom are neuro-divergent! Professionally, Gwendolyn taught for 9 years in the USA and the UK. Her teaching career focused on Special Educational Needs (SEN) in children with “emotional and behavioural concerns”. She retrained as a parenting coach and relationship therapist so that she could follow her true passion of empowering parents and enriching the lives of families.
Gwendolyn now lives in the UK. She has trained thousands of parents in corporate seminars around diversity of all kinds. She has founded The Skilled Parent as a place for parents and carers to learn and hone the skills they need to enjoy parenting their children by building bonds that last a lifetime!
