Procrastination is something we all know too much about when it comes to ADHD, it’s easy to think we have more time than we do, it’s not our intention, it’s just something that happens. But have you ever noticed it happens more often with certain tasks? The tasks that get pushed to the next day, the next week? In this presentation, we explore why some tasks are harder to complete than others, what ADHD has to do with it and why motivation has nothing to do with it. You will walk away with some key strategies to get done what needs to get done, at least until it shows up again. However, the next time, you will have a plan!
