We will explore signs a relationship may need to end, how to keep your kids of all ages informed of the transitions in your marriage, and how to invite emotions into this difficult time. We will also touch on how to navigate the many tasks and responsibilities that can cause overwhelm on the ADHD brain: navigating the legal system, finances, childcare, moving, and communication with family and friends about the separation/divorce. Most separating or divorcing partners also are navigating the thought of new relationships: How do we not mess this next one up? How do we reach for healthy partners and relationships

About Anna Lopez

Anna is a newly divorced mother of two toddler boys. She currently lives in Austin, Texas and works and a psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) and psychotherapist. She was diagnosed with ADHD in the summer of 2020 and is exploring her and her children’s likely autism diagnoses. Her mental health interests include working with peri- and postpartum women, other women’s issues, trauma and attachment issues, the LGTBQ+ community, BIPOC, neurodivergence, and first-generation American issues. Anna has an intense curiosity and drive to understand how and why people work the way they do. She incorporates a lot of somatic and experiential work
