Having ADHD can make it feel like you have more to apologize for (Was that me again!?). We all make mistakes and being able to give a heartfelt apology is an important relationship skill, but some women with ADHD apologize too quickly or too often. This can create an imbalanced relationship where the woman with ADHD is too often expected to take the blame or accommodate the other person’s upset. We will talk about how to create more balanced relationships and set helpful boundaries with romantic partners, family members, friends, and coworkers.
