What Your ADHD Kids Want You to Know
I was diagnosed with ADD at the age of 12 and prescribed Ritalin. Month after month I visited a psychiatrist, and the medication helped SO MUCH. I’ll talk about my journey to understand my brain and build an ADHD toolbox to support it — and the unexpected “tool” I found that mattered most of all.
