About Stephanie Sarkis, Ph.D.

Stephanie Moulton Sarkis Ph.D. is a bestselling author and psychotherapist specializing in gaslighting, ADHD, and anxiety. She is the author of several books, including Gaslighting: Recognize Manipulative and Emotionally Abusive People and Break Free. She is a Diplomate and Clinical Mental Health Specialist in Child and Adolescent Counseling with the American Mental Health Counselors Association, one of 20 in the United States with that dual designation. She is also a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Mediator.

She has a Ph.D., EdS, and MEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida. She is also an expert in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, chronic pain, and anxiety disorders.
